Meet The Doctors
Dr. L. JaMar Toomer is a native of Dayton, Ohio. He attended undergrad at Tennessee State University after receiving a full-ride football scholarship. After graduating from TSU with a B.S. in biology, he decided to attend Life University where he received his doctorate of Chiropractics in 2011. He has one daughter Malia Brielle which whom he adores! In his spare time he enjoys working out, traveling, as well as educating the community on the importance of spinal hygiene.
Dr. JaMar currently works weekends here at this location and he is well-versed in the following techniques: Full Spine, Upper Cervical, Thompson Drop, Sacral-Occipital Techniques, Ginstead Technique and Chiropractic Bio-physics.
I studied medicine in Romania and worked as a medical doctor for five years in my home country. I then came to America, where I graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina and then received my masters in Chiropractic Sports Science at Life University.
I like to perform the Full Spine Diversified technique along with Thompson and Gonstead because they allow me to fit to the patients’ needs and treat them accordingly.
I was born and raised in Shendi, Sudan. I’m married and have four kids, two girls and two boys. In my free time, I enjoy watching soccer and movies.
Dr. Milton Croes, originally from Aruba, is a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for promoting wellness and enhancing athletic performance. His educational journey began at Kirkwood Community College, where he pursued an Associate of Science degree from 2012 to 2014. Building on this foundation, he then attended Wartburg College and obtained a biology degree in 2016.
Driven by his desire to provide holistic care, Dr. Croes pursued his chiropractic education at Life University. In June 2020, he graduated from the esteemed chiropractic program. With two years of professional experience, he has developed expertise in wellness care and specializes in rotational sports such as baseball, golf, and tennis. Dr. Croes is dedicated to helping athletes optimize their performance and prevent injuries through tailored chiropractic treatments.
Born and raised in Aruba, Dr. Croes brings a multicultural perspective to his practice. Fluent in four languages—Dutch, Spanish, English, and Papiamento—he ensures effective communication and provides personalized care to a diverse range of patients. Additionally, his background as a college baseball player gives him valuable insights into the unique needs of athletes.
